Return and refund policy

Please be advised before you place an order!

Customs:

Before you place on order, please note it is the responsibility of the importer (customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resent to us. Once we receive the returned package we will resend the package at the buyer’s expense. We do not take responsibility for seized goods.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our 7 Day No Hassle Returns Policy

We offer a 7 day no hassle returns policy.

You can return the product(s) if:

The product contains manufacturing defects

The product was damaged upon arrival

The product was not those ordered

In order to return the product:

Within 7 days of delivery please notify our customer service of your desire to return by email, including photos. Let us know if you want a replacement product or a refund. 

Refunds will not be regarded if the product has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit back to us) unless the product is faulty. Returns can only be honoured if the product is returned undamaged.

If you return the entire amount of the product you will be refunded 100% of the original purchase price of that product.

Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

 

Important:

You must contact us prior to returning a product.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

Please note that for your safety, no returned products are ever restocked or resold after being returned. All returned products are destroyed.
